Risk Assessment.
What is a risk assessment?
Basically put a risk assessment is a list of potential risks that could occur in the assessed environment and listing how to deal with these partentail problems this is used to help avoid all the chances of these things happening via listing how exactly we will counter them.
Why do we need them?
All aspects of life consist of potential risks no matter what you are doing so even when it comes to music you need to keep in mind the safety of your fellow musicians and audience, so when it comes to planning any music event there needs to be some sort of way to monitor the potential risks.
Here is an example of a risk assessment I made of the setting for the December showcase gig going over potential risks that may occur during the performance, what we can do to stop them from happening, who and when exactly the risk will be dealt with and also the natural chance these hazards can happen.

What will this risk assessment achieve?
The risk assessments task is to list all possible hazards and make sure they don't occur effectively how this risk assessments would usually be looked at and then the hazards will be addressed and delt with over the coming days/weeks before particular events.
Warm ups.
All musician have warm up regardless of what instrument you play and even if you are a vocalist you still need to warm up to avoid any injuries while Performing/Rehearsing so we made some simple videos to explain how and why we warm up.
Drums
You need to remember that doing these stretches help avoid horrible pains from stretched muscles during performance, In this video I mention how I use my sticks to stretch my arms and shoulders this helps avoid any injuries onstage when moving around the kit I actually have experienced one of the injuries onstage before cause I didn't warm up before the performance and the pain was that bad I now always make sure I warm up by stretching my hands arms and legs well maybe i forget about the last one but the point still stands.
