Action Plan.

Introduction

The use of planning is essential to the success of the bands performance at the O2 and I'll be writing about the key building blocks to the building up the O2 listing many things like Tasks, Responsibility of the tasks, the percentage priority of the tasks, productivity status of the task, start and finish dates and the intended goal of the tasks.

Task list consists of:

• Rehearsals

• Production

• Band Communication

• Band Marketing

• O2 Promotion

• Band Promotional Content

• Band Image

• Band Songwriting

• Band motivator.

Responsibility.

Responsibility lists a member/members of the band who will be directly responsible for the success of the outcome of planning the task.

Priority.

This lists the urgency of completing the tasks.

Productivity Status.

Lists the percent of which the how effective doing said task has been to our productivity.

Start and finish times

Lists the when we will take action on working on said task.

Plan goal

This will explain the task we are aiming for and gives context to the percentage listed on the productivity status.
